Free Consultation
Step 1
We begin by scheduling a free walk-through assessment of the property and contents. Commission rates and estate recommendations are provided at the end of the free consultation.
Estate Sales
Option 1
Prepare for your next steps while we handle the Estate Sale. Sales typically run 2-4 days and take, on average, two weeks to prepare.
Online Auction
Option 2
Make your sale convenient for you and your buyers by hosting your sale online instead of on-site.
Direct Buy (when available)
Option 3
Mid-Michigan Estates may choose to directly buy your inventory instead of hosting a traditional sale.
Clean-Out Services
Step 2
Performed at the conclusion of a sale, Clean-Out's are often necessary; they purge the property of leftover inventory by donating and removing it.
House Cleaning Services
Step 3
If the house is to be listed for sale we highly recommend this service. Once we know your needs we will quote the job and execute.
